越南汽柴油、航空燃油進口稅 0% 延長到 2026 年底

What happened

越南政府 2026/9/30 發布第 43/2026/NQ-CP 號決議，把第 72/2026/NĐ-CP 號議定的燃油優惠進口稅延長到 2026/12/31。內容為：無鉛汽油及石腦油、重組油（2710.12）由 10% 降為 0%；柴油、燃料油、航空燃油、煤油由 7% 降為 0%；二甲苯、凝析油、對二甲苯由 3% 降為 0%，其他環烴由 2% 降為 0%。決議 2026/10/1 起生效。
