What happened

總統第 11052 號公告對多晶矽及其衍生品設最低進口價（多晶矽每公斤 21 美元、晶錠與晶圓每公斤 100 美元、電池每瓦 0.22 美元、模組每瓦 0.38 美元），12/4 起實施，晶錠與衍生品另加 15%；台灣產品的加稅與基本關稅合計有上限。商務部 9/24 發布暫行規定，監控企業在 12/4 前囤貨，必要時禁止進口，8/6 以後新登記的進口商另有限制。
