美國專利藥 232 關稅 9/29 全面上路：台灣 100%，孤兒藥等可零稅

What happened

美國商務部產業安全局 9/23 公告，總統第 11020 號公告對專利藥及其原料課 100% 關稅，名單內大廠 7/31 起、其他公司 9/29 起適用；學名藥（含生物相似藥）不課。孤兒藥、核醫藥、血漿製劑、生殖用藥、細胞與基因治療、抗體藥物複合體、動物用藥等特殊藥品，台灣列入可適用零稅率的地區名單。獲商務部核准在美設廠計畫的公司適用 20%（2030/4/2 起升為 100%）。
