What happened

關務署公告115年度紅豆累積進口量已於2026/9/7達特別防衛措施基準數量（2,899.8公噸）的九成。此後進口紅豆須待海關查核報關先後並核定是否加徵額外關稅後才放行，急需提貨者可加計額外關稅繳保證金先行驗放；累積量達基準數量後，額外關稅為原應課關稅的33.3%，持關稅配額證明書者不加徵。
