What happened

財政部最後認定韓國及中國大陸產冷軋扁軋非方向性電磁鋼品（馬達、變壓器用，參考稅號72107010等26項）有傾銷，自公告日起依最後認定差率臨時課徵反傾銷稅：中國大陸所有廠商26.44%；韓國浦項鋼鐵（POSCO）及其列名出口商49.80%、其他韓國廠商59.35%。部分進口商符合回溯課徵要件，另財政部同日公告不接受出口商所提價格具結；後續待經濟部完成產業損害認定後審議是否正式課徵。
